AN ENDING...

All is is Chaos now. The Knights of the Crimson Blade have collapsed, and the Lord has caused it's destruction. Hrothgar the Red, brother to Erik the Red, in a furious rage, cast out Clav, Lord of Mistell, for bringing a representative from the Paladins of Asheron, to help the group gain a better understanding to help the group become stronger and wiser. Unfortunately, Clav who was looking to take care of his own vassals, was cast out of the Knights of the Crimson Blade for doing so, and in turn the backstabbing commenced. Myself and Toshiro, not knowing what would happen never cause for a cataclysm between members.

Hrothgar's ego, causing most of the members of the Knights to leave our group, simply because he failed to talk to Clav about the situation. Mythor Ironhelm, the leader of the Solclaim chapter of Knights was at fault for not keeping in contact with Clav and Hrothgar the Red. Clav was at fault for not telling Hrothgar or Mythor, but that could not be helped as Hrothgar and Mythor never gave Clav a chance to tell them about it.

From there, once I heard about the expulsion, I could not in good conscience allow myself to be associated with a lord that could not or would not listen to his vassals. I asked my patron as to what course of action he would take. My patron, Borak, and brother to the mighty Tumzeus, who helped defeat and cast Baelzharon back to another dimesional prision, told me that he would not leave Hrothgar's side out of the oath he took to him to stay by his side, left me with no choice. I had to leave the Knights of the Crimson Blade.

Faced with no alternative, I contacted Borak and explained my situation and my side of this dilemma. I told Borak that I could not support a leader who would allow this travesty to happen. And thou, Borak could see my side of the situation, he could not break his oathbond to Hrothgar. And while I could admire his steadfast loyalty to Hrothgar, I could not agree with his view to support such a egotistical leader. Which lead me to the hardest thing I had to do in my life. I had to break away from my family, and my patron. I had to leave.
From there, Borak, with a heavy heart released me from my vow, and I was free once more. To hear words his friendship still break my heart to think of them.

"If you ever need me, I will always be there my friend."

Sometimes if I let it, a tear runs down my cheek, thinking of the past, the good times we had. But I have to move on now. As I left the jewerly shop on the lower floor in Lythelthrope as a free man, my own Yeoman knight, with only my vassal Ravidel, and my three brothers, Subido, the archer, Sakura, the mage, and Tellish ibn Azroun, sage and artificer. I also had a friend of mine Ciara as a vassal, but out of good conscience, she asked for a release, and I granted it.

AN IN-BETWEEN...

The next month was difficult. Clav was asking for me to join him and the Paladins of Asheron, as well as several others were asking for me to join there allegiences. Even one group threatened my vassal Subido if I did not join his group. Needless to say, being on my own was bad, but I now had to support my vassal Ravidel and addictive mana stone and mote habit to help him to become a stonger vassal. I frequently made trips to Qualaba'r and Eastham to trade items. Ravidel became stronger, and then I could relax to attend to my own matters. From there, I hunted on my own, and faced many beasts and monsters. I mainly hunted out of rage, at the fact that Hrothgar the Red could be closed minded and egotistical to not listen to reason, and in a short tempered fashion I let my rage out on the creaters of the wild that would hunt me down.
One day, as I settled in for camp, I saw a odd and pecular pigeon that perched near my bedroll, with a note attached to it, and a oh-so-familar spice packet attached to it other leg. It was a message pigeon from the Knights of the Crimson Blade, or so I thought. The Knights of the Crimson Blade often used pigeons the a magical geas spell to find a particular person in the world and reach them anywhere so as to deliver messages. But on this day, the bird had come from another. It read-

Dear mentor,

Toshiro here. I have left Clav's company and broke away from his leadership, as I also could not support the events that had happened. I have left to start anew, and some of the younger knights have left to follow me. As your student in being a Seeker, we could use some guidence in becoming a good family. If ye ever need a home, I would be honored to take you in as my vassal. I would hope that you do not find this insulting as you were my teacher we we were first Seekers, but only to offer you a home.

You student,

Toshiro Hasa-Gawa, Seeker, and leader of the United Knights of Lythelthrope.

It did my heart good to know that my student was faring well in this world, and to be able to have a home once again! It made my heart soar with glee. To see old family members again! I felt somewhat at peace with this decision to join Toshiro. I quickly made up my mind, and wrote to Toshiro and his members of the United Knights of Lythelthrope to ask for there acceptance. Within two days time, I recieved several messages offering my acceptance into the allegience. I quickly wrote a few more messages informing my brothers and my vassal Ravidel, and we and him him hurried back to Lythelthope to met Toshiro. From there, I hugged Toshiro, gladly meeting him once more. We talked of the good old days of battles long past, of bars we frequented, and feasts in the halls of Lythelthrope.

AND A NEW BEGINNING...

From there after we talked, I and Ravidel then got down on one knee.
"Toshiro, my student no longer, I ask thee to accept myself and my vassal as your servants. Where as I was once the teacher and you the student, I offer myself as your student now. I hearby swear allegience to ye as your vassal and you as my leigelord. Will ye have me, friend?"
I could see a tear well up in his eye, and he said, "Galen, you and ravidel give me the highest honor as a friend. Of course, friend! I hereby accept ye into our fold."
I then asked a small boon to him, and he ask what he might do to help us. I replied, "Can I please stand? My knees are killing me!" I was ever the jokester.
We laughed and broke bread as a sign of friendship. But no sooner we finished, one of Jamar's vassal's needed his help in the islands. Toshiro glanced in my direction, and I gave him a wink in acknowledgement that my services were needed once again. We hurried off to the portal to head towards the Veysun Islands to help once again. And at that point I relaxed. Not because the battle was about to happen soon, but because I was home. I looked over to my friend, and I knew it then. I was home once again.
